On Dec. 23, 2011 Huadong’s container terminal operation system (CiTOS) that installed in Hefei International Container Terminal successfully passed customer’s acceptance inspection. This project started on Oct. 31 and it only cost 9 days for software system’s putting into operation. It set up the quickest go live speed record on container projects.
The software system includes vessel scheduling and documents, client service, container yard management, statistics and analysis, system management, intelligent planning, intelligent operation, CFS management, business management, EDI, job ticket and breakbulk management etc. The hardware system includes database server’s installation and debugging, computer room equipments, cable laying, wireless environment’s set up including handheld terminal, container truck terminal and RTG terminal.
